Cultural figures from Moscow Region take part in the Captains of Culture program

On October 26–27, 2023, representatives of the cultural sphere of the Moscow region took part in the "Captains of Culture" program of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. The program participants were heads of cultural institutions, project managers, and cultural and art workers from the Moscow Region.

The Captains of Culture program is a system of advanced training for specialists of cultural and art institutions. The program includes lectures, workshops, discussions, guest lectures from experts, and a cultural program. The program aims to develop the leadership qualities of cultural and art workers, improve their managerial skills, and promote the implementation of creative projects.

Working in groups

Within the framework of the program, the participants worked in groups on solving real problems in the field of culture. The project teams developed specific proposals for solving the problems identified during the analysis. The participants also had the opportunity to present their projects to experts and receive feedback.

Expert assessment

The participants' projects were evaluated by a jury of experts from the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. The jury members assessed the projects according to the following criteria: the relevance of the problem, the originality of the solution, the effectiveness of the proposed solution, and the sustainability of the project. The best projects will be supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.
