Former Apple VP becomes new Peloton CEO
Former SVP of Hardware Bernard Muir will replace outgoing CEO John Foley
Peloton announced today that former Apple SVP of Hardware Bernard Muir will become the new CEO of the company, replacing outgoing CEO John Foley.
Muir spent over 20 years at Apple, where he was responsible for the design and development of several key products, including the iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.
Muir is a highly respected executive with a proven track record of success in the tech industry.
He is also known for his passion for fitness and health, which makes him a good fit for Peloton.
In a statement, Muir said that he is "excited to join Peloton and help the company continue to grow and innovate."
"I believe that Peloton has the potential to revolutionize the way people exercise, and I am committed to helping the company reach its full potential," Muir said.
Foley will remain with Peloton as executive chairman.

Muir's appointment is effective immediately.
