More than 40,000 couriers have registered in the ART IS system since the beginning of August. The largest number of new employees was registered in Moscow and the Moscow region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region, as well as Krasnodar Krai.

The main categories of business that connect their delivery services to ART IS are retail and major retail chains. Delivery services also show high activity.

The ART IS system was launched in Moscow in 2021. By the end of the year, it was connected to 200 couriers. In the first half of 2022, the system began to operate in other regions of Russia. In July, there were about 2,000 couriers connected to it.

ART IS is a state information system designed to automate the process of issuing permits for the movement of heavy trucks, the entry of trucks into Moscow and other cities and regions.

According to the requirements of the Moscow authorities, from August 1, 2022, all trucks entering the city must have ART IS passes. The system allows you to apply for a pass in electronic form, which significantly speeds up the process of obtaining it.

In addition, the ART IS system allows you to control the movement of trucks. This is especially important in the context of the fight against illegal parking and the prevention of traffic jams.
