In an interview with Vokrug TV, Merzlikin said the new season will feature a star-studded cast, including Sergey Shakurov.

"I'm very happy that Sergey Shakurov will be in the new season," Merzlikin said. "He's a great actor, and I'm looking forward to working with him."

Merzlikin also said the new season will focus on a new series of crimes that take place in Moscow in the 1960s.

"The new season will be very exciting," Merzlikin said. "There will be a lot of action and suspense."

The 10th season of "Mosgaz" is expected to premiere in Russia in 2023.
