Severe Thunderstorm Watch Issued for San Angelo Area

National Weather Service Warns of Possible Tornadoes, Hail, and Wind Gusts

Residents Urged to Take Precautions and Stay Informed

The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for the San Angelo area, effective immediately. The watch is in effect until 10 p.m. CST this evening.

The NWS warns that the storms could bring tornadoes, hail, and wind gusts of up to 70 mph. Residents are urged to take precautions and stay informed about the weather conditions.
