"Solution Found" - Ancelotti on Real Madrid's Slump and Kylian Mbappé
Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti says he has found a solution to his team's recent slump in form, and that he is confident of beating Kylian Mbappé and Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League.
Real Madrid have won just two of their last six games in all competitions, and they were lucky to escape with a 1-1 draw at home to Villarreal on Saturday.
However, Ancelotti is confident that he has found the key to turning things around, and he is backing his team to beat PSG in the Champions League round of 16.
"I have found a solution," Ancelotti said in a press conference on Monday.
"I am not going to tell you what it is, but I am confident that it will work."
Ancelotti also spoke about Mbappé, who has been linked with a move to Real Madrid in the summer.
"Mbappé is a great player, but we are not afraid of him," Ancelotti said.
"We have a great team, and we are confident that we can beat anyone."
Real Madrid will host PSG in the first leg of their Champions League round of 16 tie on February 15.
