Kazakhstanis renting housing from the state fund will be able to buy it at the residual value
The relevant amendments were made to the law "On housing relations."
The changes provide for the redemption of rented housing at the residual value by citizens who have entered into a lease agreement with the authorized body for the operation of the housing stock from the state housing fund.
"The citizens can buy rented housing after at least five years, " - says the document.
To do this, you need to apply to the authorized body for the operation of the housing stock from the state housing fund.
Within a month, the authorized body will make a decision on the sale of the dwelling and determine its residual value.
The residual value is determined by deducting the amount of depreciation accrued during the period of use of the dwelling from the initial value of the dwelling.
At the request of a citizen, the residual value of a dwelling can be determined by an assessment organization.
The contract of sale of the dwelling is concluded within a month from the date of the decision on the sale of the dwelling.
Payment for the dwelling is made by the citizen in full within a year from the date of conclusion of the contract of sale.
If the citizen does not pay the full cost of the dwelling within a year, the contract of sale is terminated and the dwelling is subject to seizure.
The received funds from the sale of the dwelling are credited to the republican budget.
