The Cleveland Cavaliers extended their winning streak to 10 games on Tuesday night with a 113-109 victory over the Golden State Warriors at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.
Donovan Mitchell led the way for the Cavaliers with 35 points, while Darius Garland added 26 points and 10 assists. Jarrett Allen chipped in with 18 points and 12 rebounds.
The Warriors were led by Stephen Curry, who finished with 27 points. Klay Thompson added 25 points and Andrew Wiggins scored 20.
The Cavaliers took an early 8-0 lead in the game, but the Warriors quickly responded and eventually took a 50-49 lead into halftime.
The second half was back-and-forth, with neither team able to pull away. The Cavaliers eventually took the lead for good with just over two minutes remaining in the game.
The victory was the Cavaliers' seventh straight at home and improved their record to 23-11 this season.
Mitchell Continues to Impress in Cleveland
Mitchell has been a key part of the Cavaliers' success this season, averaging 29.4 points per game.
The 26-year-old guard was acquired by the Cavaliers in a trade with the Utah Jazz in the offseason.
Mitchell has quickly become a fan favorite in Cleveland and is helping to lead the Cavaliers to their first playoff appearance since 2018.
Warriors' Struggles Continue
The Warriors have now lost six of their last seven games and are 18-16 this season.
The defending NBA champions have been without Draymond Green for the past five games due to a calf injury.
Green is expected to return to the lineup soon, but the Warriors will need to find a way to turn things around quickly if they want to make a run at another championship.

The Cavaliers will host the San Antonio Spurs on Thursday night.
The Warriors will travel to Milwaukee to face the Bucks on Friday night.
